When Des Moines Cold Storage decided to build a new, state of the art cold storage facility, it was imperative to select a refrigeration partner that would listen and understand our requirements, and provide an efficient, cost effective solution. McNeil was awarded the job based on their system knowledge and design that exceeded our expectations. We challenged McNeil to provide refrigeration for rooms that would convert from a cooler +20 degrees to -20 degree freezer. We also needed significant blast capacity that would freeze product in a 24-36 hours over a traditional system that takes 3-4 days. Lastly, we asked for a design that would accommodate future expansion. McNeil delivered!
